Tool Shop

Our tool shop has available 5 horizontal milling machines, of which 2 are CNC equipped, a lathe, 3 grinders, a sinker spark-erosion machine and a wire EDM machine. For the dimensional check of parts a 3D Wenzel machine with micron-precision is also available.

In our Tool Shop we make both prototypes and progressive and transfer tools, achieving in this way short lead-times and high flexibility.

Constructions

Tooling Department autonomous in the construction of progressive dies and transfer, prototype molds and relative prototyping, so he can offer short deadlines and enormous flexibility.
